It fails without closing anything when the tab does not exist, when it moved or changed page after the confirmation, or when there is no matching confirmation for the call.get-tab-contents returns at most 20,000 characters by default, up to 50,000 with maxLength, and reports truncated when the page is longer. It waits up to 5 seconds for a loading page while reading exactly the same tab, and fails clearly when the page has no text, the tab does not exist, or the tab changed page during the wait.
